MAPFRE has added the 911 Identity Theft Service as a value added to our Identify Theft coverage expanded under the PERSONAL MULTIPLAN. When contracting the Identity Theft expanded limit you will have access, at no additional cost, to Identity protection services under the 911 Identity Theft.
Identity Theft provides the highest level of personalized service level against fraud and identity theft, so that you can achieve peace of mind in connection with your personal information.

- Proactive services: if you lose your wallet, or if you suspect that your identity has been compromised or that it might be vulnerable. To help protect your identity, a fraud specialist will place a free fraud alert, when appropriate, and will offer a guide on the latest scams.
- Resolution services: to provide systematic guidelines in the process of identity resolution, from beginning to end. A personalized fraud specialist works with you individually, in order to stop the bills and fraudulent charges, working with government agencies and creditors, helping you prepare notification materials, and providing identity theft victims with a free one year fraud monitoring service.
- Help with document replacement: to provide guidelines and help with the replacement of lost or destroyed identity documents, which include Social Security cards, birth certificates, passports, and driver’s licenses.
