How to Use the Service

- Receive an initial nursing assessment.
- A link will be sent via SMS or email to begin the virtual consultation or receive a traditional phone consultation, according to the member’s preference.
Following the physician’s evaluation, laboratory orders and/or prescriptions may be issued if medically necessary.
Employers with existing Mapfre Salud coverage may request a quotation for this service through their authorized representative.
