We improved seven positions in the ranking to reach 16th place
Following the Best Workplace 2017 awards achieved by MAPFRE in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico and Spain, this year we have been recognized once again by Great Place To Work as one of the best places to work in Latin America, in the companies category multinationals.
In this year’s ranking, MAPFRE has obtained the 16th position, advanced seven positions compared to last year and has remained among the 25 best multinationals in the region since 2012.
Great Place To Work, one of the largest international consultants in Human Resources management, recognizes those organizations that work on the continuous improvement of their work environment, after analyzing the perception of employees and the corporate culture of the organization through their HR policies and processes.
