In its first participation, it has been selected by Great Place To Work as one of the Best Companies to Work For in Central America and the Caribbean.
San Juan, April 18, 2017. In its first participation in the Great Place To Work survey, MAPFRE PUERTO RICO was selected as one of the Best Companies to Work For in Central America and the Caribbean, according to the international consultancy and human resources management company Great Place To Work.
This achievement has been possible thanks to the high participation of employees in the survey, which stood at 85% of the workforce, which reflects the commitment and involvement of the company’s people and also allows us to identify strengths and areas of gets better.
In the survey, the employees highlighted MAPFRE’s main strengths as the honest and ethical way of managing the business, job stability, respect for diversity and the company’s contribution to society.
At the awards ceremony, MAPFRE PUERTO RICO also received a special distinction for its “Involvement with the Community”, for the multiple social responsibility actions carried out in favor of Puerto Rican society.
