To all MAPFRE policyholders who wish to report any claim in the Auto and Property areas caused after Hurricane Irma, they can visit our website www.mapfre.pr or send an email to irma@mapfrepr.com dedicated specifically to claims from this event.
You can also contact your Authorized Representative or our MAPFRE Contact Center at 787-250-5214 or 1-888-835-3634 which will remain operating uninterruptedly until Wednesday, September 6 at 10:30 am, reopening 24 / 7 starting Friday, September 8 at 6:00 am.
Our offices across the island will be open extended hours from 7:00 a.m. at 7:00 p.m. from Friday, September 8, including Saturday and Sunday.
